It's easy: You tell us about your task. On experience, we can suggest the best solution for you and make the mockup that you need. To do this, we ask clarifying questions. We collect all the information in a brief, which we add to the invoice-contract.
Invoice-contract is our proposal to you to complete the work on these terms (offer), i.e. to make a mockup with the characteristics that we indicated in the brief. We send you a contract, and you pay the cost of work. From this moment the contract is considered concluded.
We try to find out all the information we need during the brief, but, in the course of work, some points that need to be clarified still appear. Therefore, we prefer to communicate in messengers, especially in Telegram, because it is easiest to exchange files and references there. If you are online at this moment and can quickly answer the question, the work moves quickly and easily. If we have to wait for a response, the mockup production time is increased by the waiting time. This helps us avoid edits.
We make sure to show you the scene before rendering, in order for you to approve the model and scene view. Without your approval, we will not make a mockup, because we want to help you get exactly what you want.
If in the process you realize that you want something different than what we agreed on (for example, you wanted a half-side angle, but we showed you a high-angle, and you liked it better), then we simply change this detail.
If it is not difficult for us to make an edit, we will not ask for additional payment. But, if you want to add options and details that complicate the mockup or we are forced to redo what has already been done, then these edits are paid. We strive to prevent this, so we ask clarifying questions before a specific stage of work.
